Romano & Black Pepper Flatbreads

Just a tad sharper than our Parmesan flatbread, the Romano arouses the taste buds and cries out for a glass of Chianti or a stein of smooth craft lager. A mild soft cheese (think fresh asiago or chevre) or a roasted red pepper spread compliments and complicates the delightful burst of flavor and crunch.

Warning: could be addictive.
