3 Medium apples, chopped

1 tbsp Lemon juice

1/4 cup melted butter

2 tbsp Light brown sugar

1 tbsp All-purpose flour (we use whole wheat)

1 tsp Cinnamon

Put all of the above ingredients into a gallon ziplock bag, seal tightly and mix thoroughly. Empty contents into a pot and heat apple mixture on the stove over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, or until soft. Stir occasionally. Set aside and allow to cool a bit.

8oz. Cream Cheese - softened

1/3 cup light brown sugar

1 tsp Vanilla

Let your cream cheese soften at room temperature, add one teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/3 a cup of brown sugar (can use less). Mix it together well. Chill it in the fridge if not using right away.
