Pumpkin Hummus

It's that time of year for pumpkin spiced everything, so we decided to make Pumpkin Hummus! We served it on our Sesame Seed Crackers, sprinkled some of Asheville's very own Munki Food's Bananarama Walnuts on top, and paired it with another great Asheville company...Highland Brewing's Clawhammer Oktoberfest Lager!

You can control how "pumpkiny" you want this hummus, but our recipe delivers a mild pumpkin taste. The Bananarama Walnuts were so outrageously delicious on top, we decided to chop the whole bag and mixed them into the hummus. Oh...my...yummmmms!!

2 - 15oz. Cans Garbanzo Beans

1 to 2 - 15 oz Cans Pumpkin

2 to 3 - TBS Tahini

2 to 3 - TBS Roasted Garlic

2 to 3 - TBS Cumin

2 to 4 TBS - Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt, Pepper & Paprika (to your taste)

Add all ingredients to food processor and mix until smooth. Taste and add more of whatever you want. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
