Celebrate St. Pat's Day with Hot Reuben Dip!

Get your Irish on with this easy-to-make, hot Reuben Dip! This creamy dip requires only 10 minutes prep time and 20 minutes in the oven. 


  • 1/2 lb corned beef (we used deli sliced and chopped it up)
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup shredded swiss (or more)
  • 1/2 cup 1000 Island dressing
  • 1 cup Sauerkraut (drained)


Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, 1000 Island dressing until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 

Transfer mix into oven safe dish and bake for 20 minutes.

Serve warm with Roots & Branches crackers!
