This simple recipe is chock full of broccoli and goes perfectly with our Parmesan Flatbreads.
Baked Broccoli & Cheese Spread
INGREDIENTS:
16 oz. Frozen broccoli (thawed, drained well and chopped)
1 ½ Cup grated cheddar
½ Cup cream cheese
1 Cup Italian seasoned Panko breadcrumbs
2 eggs
salt & pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients and transfer into greased, oven safe dish and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and top browns a little.
Serve warm with Roots & Branches Parmesan Flatbreads.
